1.2. Every user of this site declares that he has read the contents of these regulations, and that he consents unequivocally to all its directives and conditions, and that neither he nor anyone acting on his behalf will have any claim and/or request and/or demand, whether directly or indirectly, against the site and/or any of its owners and/or any of its managers and/or anyone acting on behalf of the company.
1.3. These Terms and Conditions are worded in the masculine solely for the sake of convenience and relate to both men and women alike.
1.4. The user declares that the information displayed on this site and/or any section thereof is the exclusive property of the company; that the information or any section thereof is protected by copyright; that he undertakes to use the information on this site solely for his personal non-commercial use and that he will not copy, photograph, duplicate, transmit, print or publish information displayed on the website, whether if owned by the company or by a third party, and/or any part of it, to any person and/or entity without the company's prior and written approval, except for his own personal non-commercial use.
1.5. The user guarantees not to distort, modify or alter the information, or undertake any other action that may harm its accuracy and reliability or the good name or reputation of the company as the sole copyright owner of the information, or of any other entity.
2. Risks and Liability
2.1. The user hereby declares that he is aware that the use of this website involves many risks, both because of the technology involved and due to human factors active via the internet.
2.2. The user is fully and solely responsible for his use, both present and/or future, of the information.
2.3. The information is for the personal use of the user only and any use thereof, including reliance on the information, is the sole liability of the user. Among others, the user declares that he is aware that the images displayed on the website are for illustrative purposes only, and that they may differ from their actual appearance.
2.4. The information is displayed on the website "as is" and the company shall bear no liability for the information's compatibility with the user's needs; Furthermore, the company shall bear no liability towards the user for his inability to make use of the information for any reason. The user shall bear sole responsibility for the manner in which he makes use of the information.
2.5. The company makes every possible effort to ensure that the information displayed on the website is correct and accurate, however the information does not presume to constitute a complete, full or detailed analysis of all subjects detailed therein. The information is general, partial and proven. The company shall not bear any liability for an error in the information displayed on the website, whether by the company or by third parties.

The company shall bear no liability for any damage, inconvenience, loss or expense or distress that may be caused to the user or to his property (among others, to his hardware or software property) or to any third party, whether directly or indirectly, as the result of entering the website and using its content.
2.7. The company shall bear no liability for any illegal activity by any user on the website, or for any other cause not under its control.

3. Holiday Reservations
3.1. General
3.1.1. The user may use this website solely in order to reserve and purchase services and/or to receive information. This website may not be used for any other purpose.
3.1.2. Reservation of accommodation at the Sea of Galilee Village is possible via telephone to the resort's reservations center at: 04-6656555 or via this website.
3.1.3. Any person reserving accommodation via this website is required to enter his personal details, including I.D. number or passport number and credit card number, and the details of all those staying with him.
3.2. Purchaser of Services Details
3.2.1. When completing the purchase of services via the website, and making a reservation as detailed below, the user will be required to enter his personal details.
3.2.2. The owners and/or operators and/or any of the owners and/or any of the managers of the website and anyone on their behalf shall bear no liability for an error by the user when entering the purchase details, including an error in choice of holiday package, date, number of beds, and any other service ordered by the user via the website; Furthermore, the company shall bear no liability, whether directly or indirectly, for an instance in which the reservation system fails to register the purchase details and/or any technical or other problem preventing the user from purchasing services via the website.
3.2.3. Entering false purchase details is a criminal offence and legal steps will be taken against users entering false details. Such steps may include suing for damages that may be caused to the company and/or the website and/or its operators and/or any of its owners and/or any of its directors and/or anyone on their behalf.
3.2.4. The user declares that he is aware that when entering the purchase details, he will be included in the company's database. The company will be permitted to use the purchase details for the purpose of improving the services it offers the user via the website and to contact the user via regular post, e-mail and any other means of communication, and to adapt the website to his needs and personal preferences.
3.3. Manner of Reservation
3.3.1 The user will make a reservation via the website by means of a credit card. Actual payment will be made in cash or with a credit card upon check-in.
3.3.2 After entering credit card details, an announcement confirming registration of the reservation will be sent to the user's e-mail address.
3.3.3 This announcement should be printed and brought as confirmation of the reservation. It should be emphasized that the credit card details entered via the website are intended for deposit purposes only.
4. Conditions and Limitations
4.1. The prices on the website are in NIS and include V.A.T.
4.2. The company is entitled to change the conditions for room reservations and the prices of the packages at any time.
4.3. The company is entitled to change the Terms and Conditions of the website at any time without prior notice. The company will publish the new terms on the website. The new terms will come into effect upon publication.
4.4. The company is entitled at any time to shut down the website and change its structure, content and appearance, including the scope and availability of the services and content therein, and any other aspect related to the website and its operation, all without need for prior notification to the user. The user declares that he will have no complaint and/or claim and/or demand from the company in this regard.
4.5. There are no multiple offers and discounts. Errors and omissions excepted.
4.6. Check-In and Check-Out
Check-In: On weekdays - from 15:00; On Saturday or Holidays - from an hour and a half after nightfall.
Check-Out: On weekdays - until 11:00; On Saturday or Holidays - until 16:00.
Arrival and/or departure before/after the stated times is subject to prior approval of the resort management and involves additional payment.
4.7. Babies: up to age 2. Child: from age 2-12.
4.8. The images on the website are intended for illustration only and do not obligate the Kinneret Village.
4.9. The laws of the State of Israel will be the exclusive laws applicable to this agreement and the relevant Israeli courts in northern Israel will have exclusive jurisdiction over any claims and disputes arising from, or in connection with, this agreement and use of this website.
5. Cancellation
5.1. Cancellation Fees
5.1.1. From 7 days until the time of arrival: the full cost of 1 night; In August and holidays - from 14 days until the time of arrival: the full cost of 1 night.
6. Miscellaneous
6.1. No animals are allowed in the rooms and on the grounds of the holiday resort.
6.2. No additional guests may be invited other than those stated in the reservation without prior approval from company management. Bringing guests to the holiday resort and/or use if its services, whether they sleep at the resort or not, will involve additional payment.
6.3. None of the resort's property may be removed from the rooms and cabins.
7. Maintenance
7.1. The customer guarantees, in his name and in the name of all those staying as guests with him, to treat the facilities with care and to refrain from causing damage, whether intentionally or due to negligence, to all the property, both in the holiday resort itself and in the surrounding gardens.
7.2. The customer guarantees that any damage caused will be charged to his abovementioned credit card for the full cost of the damage.
